Mechanical Nylon Patch is permanently bonded to the fastener threads and compresses upon engagement, causing a counterforce resulting in the torque value required.

Loctite® is a pre-applied film for threaded fasteners. It remains inert on the fastener until assembly of the threads releases a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.

PRECOTE® products are solvent free coating products based on micro-encapsulated acrylates for sealing and locking of threaded fasteners. Dry to the touch Pre-applied film for threaded fasteners. Self locking and sealing feature is created when micro capsules are crushed upon installation and material is allowed to cure.

3M thread sealant is a water based thread sealant with excellent resistance to automotive fluids.
